i AM AT A REMOTE POINT. DO I PAY EXTRA SHIPPMENT? 

The shipping charge is the same for all the destinations in Greece 

WHAT IS THE COURIER SERVICE THAT YOU WORK WITH? 

All of our products are send by ACS  or EASY MAIL.  It depends on which of the two offers the best service in your area. If you wish to select one of the above you can state it in the comments field during the order checkout. 

WHEN AM I GOING TO RECEIve my order?

Usually, you will receive your order in 1 to 3 days, in case you live in an urban area and 3 to 10 days for islands, remote villages and other remote areas as stated by the Courier service.

I SELECTED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?

We aim in having satisfied customers. Thus, you may send back the product and we are going to replace it with the correct size.

IF i RECEIVE AN FAULTY OR NON QUALITY ITEM WILL YOU REPLACE IT?

All our products have strict quality requirements and are accompanied by the quality guarantee of each manufacturer. If you notice a defect then we replace the product. All orders are thoroughly reviewed by us before shipment to minimize the chances of you having a negative shopping experience from our store.. 

Do you sell original products? 

Forma-cuerpo.gr is the official reseller and partner of all the Brands you see in our catalogs. 

WHERE IS MY ORDER? 

If you are a registered customer you can log in to your account and see the status of your order and the shipping number. If not then refer to the sending confirmation email where you will find the sending number. Copy it and paste it into the distribution company's search query. 
 
WHY HAVE I NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION OF MY ORDER 
Confirmation Emails are sent automatically by the system to all orders upon completion. If you have not received a confirmation email then refer to the spam emails. Common reasons are that you mistyped your email or the email administrator used to reject the email. In any case, do not hesitate to call us to correct the problem.. 

ARE THE PRODUCTS AVAILABLE?

In all the products there is an indication whether it is immediately available or upon order. There may be differences in the reported quantities in flow products eg slips, socks, vests etc. which are ordered in large quantities   

HOW WILL I FIND THE RIGHT SIZE?

 In each product there is a detailed size chart provided by the respective brand. In case that you aren't sure, contact us to indicate the ideal size.

I MADE AN ORDER WHICH I PREPAID AND SOME PRODUCT IS NOT IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE. WHAT HAPPENS IN THIS CASE? 

Every order we receive is thoroughly checked for the correct shipment of the items by us, if any product is not immediately available or is unsuitable for sale you will be informed immediately of its condition so that we can agree on the course of the shipment. This may mean that we will send the available items in the first phase and the "upon order" in the second WITHOUT any additional shipping charges, etc. In any case you will be informed via email and phone about the situation and we will not take any action if we do not have receive your approval. If you wish to cancel the order and get your money back, all the required actions on our part are done on the same day!
